Sutton Welcomes Kyle

Posted on

Sutton Group Professional Realty is proud to welcome back Kyle Clarke to the team who joins us from KW Select. Licensed since 2013, Kyle has helped many families make their home buying and selling dreams come true.  A long-time resident of Halifax, Kyle’s objective is to offer efficient, focused marketing strategies and real estate services all over HRM with a special interest in commercial properties, multi-family buildings and first-time home buyers.
Equipped with the latest technologies, Kyle utilizes a ‘think-outside-the-box’ approach to market and locating properties. Never one to sit still, he believes in continuing education using professional development courses and keeping up to date on changes to legislation and new technology.
Kyle is passionate about giving back and is incredibly involved in the community; from volunteering with Special Olympics to organizing community events, Kyle stays connected and constantly asks himself what he can do to help try to make a difference in the lives of others. Kyle is an ally and strives towards up-heaving biases, prejudges and patterns of injustice that continue to persist in our society. Kyle passionately believes to empower others, we must first empower ourselves to be brave in our interactions, conversations, and actions. This bravery, in turn, translates into a steppingstone for more inclusive and collaborative environments.
We are thrilled to have Kyle on board, and he is looking forward to continued growth and success under the Sutton banner. If you’re an agent thinking of making a move, contact Jennifer Morrison to see what Sutton is all about.
